Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with the product(s) you have bought. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our customer services team via email in the event of the following: 
Incorrect order received 
Incorrect item purchased 
Damaged in transit 
Faulty 
 
To help us solve your issue speedily, please provide as much detail and images so that we can rectify the problem. A member of the JR Coffee team will contact you once an issue has been raised in this way.

RETURNS 
 
All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of delivery. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. 
 
Restocking fee: If you would like a refund, you can have a 100% store credit or 90% cash refund (10% restocking fee), subject to agreement. 
 
Postage and packaging charges: If returning any item due to receiving an incorrect order or faulty goods, the return postage cost will be paid by JR Coffee. If you are returning any product due to ordering the incorrect item or because you no longer want the item, you will have to cover the cost of postage. 
 
If you do not have proof of delivery and a tracking number, we will be unable to issue a refund if it goes missing in the post. We accept no responsibility for items lost in the post. 
 
Item condition: If you return a product, it has to be returned in the original packaging and be unused and unopened. Please make sure that, when returned, the packaging is in fully protected condition, as full refunds will not be issued on damaged returns. 
 
If the item has been damaged, please keep the original packaging as the delivery company may require this to be sent in at a later date. 
 
RETURNS PROCESS 
 
To return an item, please email customer service at info@jrcoffee.co.uk first. After receiving instructions from our staff, please ensure the item is suitable for return as per our requirement outlined above, place the item securely in its original packaging [and include your proof of purchase and the Return Form provided], and we will provide you with a return address. 
 
Please note: You will be responsible for all return postal charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send us your returned item(s). 
 
REFUNDS 
 
After receiving your returned item(s) and inspecting the condition, we will process your return/exchange/refund. Please allow at least 7 days from receipt of the item(s) for us to process returns/exchanges. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return/exchange/refund has been processed. 
 
Please Note
A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. 
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
